The BLOCKAGE MONITOR (BM) is a seeding line monitoring system for row seed drills, MONITORS THE PASSAGE OF THE PRODUCT (seeds or granular fertiliser) in real time through the Blockage sensors.

There are several configuration options that allows to adapt the system BM to the sowing machine in which it will be installed and ensure simultaneous monitoring of up to two independent types of product, each with its own settings and timings.

In addition to monitoring the feed-rate and the working position of the seed drill, additional inputs to detect the rotation speed of one or two blowers and the product exhaustion sensors to be placed in the hopper.

Software updates through uSD Card.



  • Virtual Terminal: with 3.5" Display with intuitive color graphics, sliding menus in the selected language, advanced diagnostic functions, text alerts; features coloured light bars indicating the status of the system and acoustic signals.

  • BM GATWAY ECU: One or two ECU for acquisition of CAN bus Blockage Sensors network with automatic numbering and line diagnostics, installed on the sowing lines.

  • BLOCKAGE SENSORS: Up to 128 Can Bus Blockage Sensors for each installed control unit.
