The Full Seeding system is designed for precision planter system using pneumatic seed drills, the main functions of which are:

  • Check of the sowing distance and seed life for each row (max 48 rows); the data for sowing distance is represented in numeric format (value) and in analogue format (histograms);
  • Check of the presence of granular fertiliser for each row (max 48 rows);
  • Audible and visual alarms;
  • Calculation of the processed area;
  • Linear distance travelled;
  • Yield (ha/h).
The connection architecture of seeding control monitor is modular and self-configuring featuring up to a maximum of 48 seed sensors + 48 fertiliser seed sensors (a total of 96 inputs), to which 16 additional inputs for other sensors are added (feed-rate, area counter override, localised herbicide flowmeter, etc.). 

The system consists of sowing control monitor (VT 7") with color graphics interface, seeding ECU can handle 24 seed sensor inputs (24 seed or 24 fertiliser or 12 seed + 12 fertiliser), wiring kit and various sensors.

 CUSTOMIZE - customisable product in terms of software and front panel layout, according to Customers manufacturer (OEM) specifications.

 ENERGY SAVING - absence of residual current consumption with the terminal off. In addition a programmable timer enables the automatic shut-down of the device, in case of prolonged inactivity.

 HIGHT VISIBILITY - the device’s display can be seen even when exposed to direct sunlight.
