The UNI-SEEDER universal seed sensor is a special seed sensor, which, unlike traditional ones, can be configured to vary its performance.
Thanks to a microcontroller, it assures a direct analysis of the analogue signals from the IR receivers. Using sophisticated digital analysis techniques, it can identify very small and fast seeds and can distinguish them from dust or ground seed residues during the sowing operation (link to the category page dedicated to precision sowing).
The seed sensor is self-adaptive and changes its operating point according to the environmental parameters. The seed sensor can be integrated into traditional systems or can be set up to work in a smart 3-wire communication Bus.
This second operation makes it possible to be integrated in CAN-BUS sowing systems on the market through the integration of a GATEWAY control unit.
MC Elettronica offers a special pipe with integrated UNI-SEEDER “TIN” seed sensor, which ensures shorter assembly time and greater resistance to mechanical stress.
