PRO- VALVE
The new 2-way PRO-VALVE is an innovative system for the exclusion of sowing rows that allows ON/OFF operation, allowing the operator to close the sowing rows when Tramline type operations are required (automatic row exclusion with GPS systems). The PRO-VALVE sowing rows exclusion valve is available in analogue version and in CAN-BUS.
The valve is ready for assembly through adaptors on the sowing pipes. MC Elettronica can, on request of OEM customers, manufacture customised adaptors for direct assembly on mushroom head distributors.
The special feature of the CAN-BUS version is that, in addition to bypassing sowing rows, it is possible to monitor and count the flow of seeds, thanks to a special seed sensor integrated in the valve.
Features and advantages:
- DOUBLE FUNCTION: the version with the integrated seed sensor allows you to count and control the passage of seeds and to interrupt the flow with flap: TWO IN ONE!!
- MODULAR: the PRO-VALVE sowing row exclusion valve may be interfaced with the systems of MC Elettronica or with other systems on the market.
- Extreme reliability: over 100K work cycles on the sealed-off moving mechanical and electronic part for guaranteed operation over time.
- VERSATILE: easy installation and fast cleaning thanks to the rapid U-shaped clip that makes it possible to disconnect the valve from the pipe.
Functions and options
Sowing control valve with H-shaped bridge for integrated polarity reversal, so that it may be connected to systems that do not have that function.
Connector integrated in the valve’s body for reduced dimensions, in the analogue version with 3-way Superseal, in the CAN-BUS version with 6-way Superseal.
The new pipe adaptors are special in that they pair externally with the sowing pipe, thus cancelling all internal section reductions and any obstacle to the seeds’ passage. Available for internal diameters of 26-30-32 mm.
The valve has an LED that shows the power supply status or the presence of anomalies.
