The MCK 800 monitor is a multifunction electronic instrument suitable for pneumatic or mechanical Precision Seed Drills, up to 8 rows, for control of “monogerm” sowing (corn, soybean, sunflower, beets etc.). The monitor controls row operation by indicating any sowing anomaly on the LCD display via the horizontal bars.
When off, the monitor has no current consumption residue: it does not drain the tractor’s battery during long periods of inactivity.
For operation, the system makes use of a series of seed sensors installed on each single row of the seed drill to count the seeds, and a speed sensor to be installed on the machine’s wheel.
MCK 800 features special counters that can be reset for counting, for example, the worked area.
