ESD EVO
ESD ISOBUS system is renewed! ESD EVO is the evolution of Electronic Seed Driver system (ESD) for planters which, thanks to the installation of an electronic motor on each seeding row (seeding, microgranulator and fertilizer section), allows the electrification of the motion and the adjustment of the dose of the seeds/fertylizer with direct viewing from the monitor in the cabin.
With the total planter’s electrification, you therefore have the enormous advantage of being able to manage all the work automatically, thus replacing the old and obsolete mechanical and manual handling.

ESD EVO ISOBUS is a control and monitoring system for planters developed with the following functional features and advantages:
FUNCTIONAL FEATURES
- The modular design enables you to select a complete system or just the desired components, connect them to the network and quickly and intuitively configure them;
- Integrated electronic management of microgranulator and fertilizer from the same application;
- Variable rate sowing and fertilization with prescription maps and automatic row closing thanks to the Task Control function;
- Possibility of simultaneous management of different sowing distances applied to the machine rows;
- Implementation of detailed diagnostics in the system capable of providing ISO 7256-1 sowing statistics;
- Regulation of the sowing distance directly from the monitor without getting out of the tractor.

TECHNICAL DATA
The ESD EVO system consists of:
- ISOBUS ECU control unit for CAN-BUS management of all system sensor components, seed sensors, motors and ISOBUS interfacing with the UT terminals;
- ESD EVO motor modules composed of a Brushless motor and a relative electronic driver. They allow you to adjust the rotation of each sowing disc, each microgranulator distributor and the fertilizer distributor; they also allow you to expand the functions on each single row with the help of multiple sensors: level, vacuum, RPM, speed and work; ESD EVO motor modules (motor + driver) can be installed in up to 20 rows (depending on the OEM’s specific requirements);
- Multiple solutions of seed sensors (bracket or tube) are available for seed detection regardless of size;
- Wiring harness to connect all components.
