DORADO HERO SEEDERS MONITOR SYSTEM

Dorado HERO is a seeders monitor system for air drills, developed to monitor up to 96 rows via photocells or CANBUS-connected valves. With the integration of the UC 50 control unit, groups of valves can be shut off, allowing efficient management of complex situations such as headlands, obstacles, and tramlines. Dorado HERO also allows the connection of all necessary sensors to complete machine functions, such as work sensors, inductive sensors, and pressure sensors.

TECHNICAL DATA

The Dorado HERO system consists of:

A 5” color touch-screen Virtual Terminal providing two different display modes: histogram mode, showing sowing flow rates; and tabular mode, displaying real-time values of frequency/average seed population. In both modes, data is calculated for each individual row;
An ECU control unit for managing CANBUS sensors, to which up to 96 photocells can be connected to count seeds and measure sowing flow. It is also possible to connect a range of optional sensors, including a pressure sensor, a sensor to detect working position, and a sensor to monitor fan RPM and machine speed;
Pro-Seeder 2 sensors enable accurate monitoring of sowing flow, allowing rapid detection of blockage conditions;
UC 50 control unit (optional) enabling the opening and closing of connected valves.
Pro-Valve valves, in addition to integrating sowing monitoring functions, allow row shut-off for tramline functions;
A USB port located on the rear of the monitor, allowing device updates or data export, such as sowing statistics and working parameters.
