DISCLOSURE PURSUANT AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE Legislative Decree of 30th June 2003, No. 196 The Legislative Decree of 30th June 2003, No. 196, containing the "Law regarding protection of personal data - Minimum-security measures" (hereinafter also Law) with the aim to guarantee that personal data is treated with respect to fundamental freedom, rights and dignity, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protect personal data. We would like to inform that any personal information may be provided, or acquired by us during the execution of the report, will be treated with appropriate procedures to safeguard your privacy. The process consists in collecting, recording, organizing, storing, processing, modifying, selecting, extracting, comparing use, cancelling, distributing, and interconnecting. We further inform that, according to article. 7 of the Decree 196 / 03 concerning the processing of personal data each person has the right to: 1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, as well as notification in a comprehensible form. 2. The interested party has the right to obtain information regarding: a) the origin of personal data b) the purpose and modality of use c) the logic applied in case of handling with the help of electronic instruments d) of the identity of the owner, managers or appointed representatives under the article 5, paragraph 2 e) the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated, or who can have access to the relevant information as appointed representatives in the country designated, managers or agents. 3. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) updating, amendments or, when interested, integration of data b) the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or blockage of processed data in violation of the law, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed c) certification that the operations contained in a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, of persons to whom the data was conveyed or diffused, unless this requirement proves impossible to carry out or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. 4. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of compilation b) the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct selling, or for market research or commercial communications. For each request the person may be asked for, in the case that data concerning him is neither existent nor available, a fee not exceeding the costs actually incurred.
