MC Elettronica has its own experimental fields where to test and validate the products manufactured before placing them on the market. In 2019, in fact, the company earmarked 5 ha of land it owns: an innovative project that makes it possible to test new precision farming products directly in the field.
MC products are not just subjected to numerous tests that are envisaged to be performed in the laboratory: they are then installed on the machines for several processing cycles in the experimental fields, during which it is possible to check their resistance, usability and correct operation in real use situations.
The MC experimental precision farming fields also played host to AGRICAMP 2019, where the first experiment with corn sowing was carried out, open to 7 different international manufacturers.
Periodical samples of plant growth were taken from this experiment. Lastly, in September 2019, all data obtained were analysed and compared by agronomists and sector academics, to obtain useful information on Precision Farming.
Co-Development is a creative process that stems from close collaboration between MC Elettronica and its Customers, and which aims to create innovative products in response to the new requirements and challenges posed by the precision farming machine market.
